Hello and Welcome to the Coaches Cooperative!

I trust this message finds you thriving and enjoying the first days of fall! Today, with a heart full of gratitude and anticipation, I am thrilled to present an overview of a new community experience—one I hope you will consider joining.

This past summer, I embarked on an initiative to craft a broader strategic vision for our community. I took a deep dive into the wealth of posts, questions, resources, and opportunities shared, all of which have been pivotal in fostering growth and offering support. Also invaluable were the numerous private notes and conversations I’ve shared with many of you over the past 18 months. Key to this vision was to secure advanced privacy and security, empowering members to engage with content organically, free from algorithmic influences, such as those on LinkedIn.

This new community combines all of these ideas and provides a dedicated support portal for coaches, representing their POV in conversations that shape our profession. It is like a new home, waiting to be filled with ideas, support, and compassion, where we can make a greater impact in the coaching industry, especially in areas that are particularly close to our hearts.

Realizing this vision required a financial investment, which I’ve solely funded to maintain the community’s integrity and independence. There’s no intention to accept external investment or support any agenda other than what’s most important to the community.

The aim is to keep the first-year fee within the income range you receive for one completed RP or a canceled coaching session. The membership fee will offset start-up costs and facilitate our growth. Your support is greatly appreciated.
