Hello!
We’re providing a couple of alternative options to support the membership fee process. As mentioned, we experienced two primary issues processing annual fee payments. We’ve resolved or nearly resolved these issues. If you are having difficulty processing your payment, please select which of the following issues you experienced you will be forwarded to an alternative to complete the transaction. Payment Issue 1:
Additional Information Required Before Finalizing Membership.
There were a few reported cases where the membership form did not advance properly to the payments page. And in some cases, members discovered that they needed to reset a password before continuing - causing them to abandon the check out and are now ready to resume. If this is consistent with your experience, please click the button below and you’ll be relayed to the community’s payments page. Also, please be sure that you include the code FOUND for 50% off your first-year membership fees. If you have any questions, please drop me a note.
Payment Option 2: Discount Not Applied Correctly
We discovered in a few instances - primarily for members located outside the United States and Canada that they were not able to apply the code FOUND at checkout to complete their transaction. In some cases, the option to apply a coupon code didn’t appear at checkout - or - when the code was provided, it returned an error saying the code was not valid. In these cases, we’ve set up a payment option that reflects the discounted value - thereby bypassing the need to provide a code.
